Why do we need this? Other Films of 2009
District 9 is film of the year for me so far, will any of the following which I believe are due for release this year steal it’s crown??
The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, The Road, Avatar, Sherlock Homes, The Lovely Bones, Ninja Assassin, The Men Who Stare At Goats, Where The Wild Things Are.
There are other films I want to see but these are the ones I think might possibly challenge...
RAMBO V
I loved Rambo IV, Stallone made a straight up modernized 80’s Action film, a simple story and lots of carnage whilst at the same time opening our eyes to the atrocities that occur in Burma.
Now I hear that Stallone is making Rambo V which got me excited until I heard his proposed idea. The basic gist is the Government does some experiments to create the perfect killer, it goes predictably...
